We are sad to announce that on October 17, 2019, at the age of 84, William H. Anderson (Detroit, Michigan), born in Ewen, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Anderson and Olga Anderson; his sisters, Doris Niemela (Leonard), Edith Waineo (David) and Corrine Coponen (David); his son Robert; and his grandson Dean Riutta.

He is survived by: his wife Jean Anderson (Sunnarborg); his children, Ross Anderson (Kathy), Sandra Riutta (Bradley), Karen Kangas (Randolph), Judith Traffie (James), Gerald Anderson (Lola) and Debra Matson (Calvin); and his siblings, Robert Anderson (Eileen) and Barbara Somero (Ralph). He is also survived by 36 grandchildren, 48 nieces and nephews; and 16 great-grandchildren.
