It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Valerie (Threatt) McCamey (Detroit, Michigan), who passed away on February 24, 2025, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, Valerie shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Valerie farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Tyus-Fields Funeral Home (10050 Joy Rd, Detroit, MI 48204).
