With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Therese M. McGratty (Detroit, Michigan), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Therese left this world on November 14, 2024 at the age of 78, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her sister Mary Marzolf (Marzolf); and her parents, Leo Schulte and Loretto Schulte. She is survived by: her children, Therese (Michael Schrage), Stephen Jr., Shannon (Kevin Brophy) and Christopher (Stacy Viniello); the father of her children Stephen; her grandchildren, Ryann, Mackenzie, Kevin Brophy, Caitlin and Colin McGratty; and her siblings, Edward Schulte, Anne Marie Browning, Paul Schulte, Margaret Ashby and John Schulte.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Church (5900 McClellan Ave, Detroit, MI 48213). A Mass will be held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Nativity of Our Lord Church or Grosse Pointe United Methodist Church (211 Moross Road, Grosse Pointe Farms, MI 48236).
