He was predeceased by: his parents, Georgia "Nana" Dulong (Bob-Bo) and Robert Rule. He is survived by: his wife Elleda Rule (Marshall); his children, Kim Pritchard (Charlie), Cheri Prall (Brian), Steve Rule (Amy) and LeeAnne Crapo (Cris); his grandchildren, Tyler Prall, Kiersten Brown (Alex), Samantha Hetherington (Daniel), Michaela Jefferson (Tim), Chaz Pritchard, Kyle Rule, Rachel Maxwell, Connor Crapo and Owen Crapo; his great grandchildren, McKenna Brown and Baby Jefferson; and his pet Big Boy.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Bill Head Funeral Homes and Crematory - Duluth Chapel (3088 Duluth Hwy, Duluth, GA 30096).
