He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Rodriguez II and Maria Rodriguez; and his siblings, Ray, Margaret and Irene.

He is survived by: his wife Diane Elizabeth Rodriguez; his siblings, Amado Rodriguez, Yolanda Maldonado (Jose), Maria Rodriguez and Ramona Rodriguez; and his aunts, Blanca and Rita. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
