He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Celeste; his children, John Tobin (Janette), Darlene Hamel (John) and Todd Tobin (Michelle); his grandchildren, Haley, Hannah, Hayden, Marley, Todd, Marissa and Trey; his sibling Jackie Penman (Bob); his siblings-in-law, Norbert Kozlowski (Kitty), Rose Marie Heil (late Charles), Walter Kozlowski (Judy), Joe Kozlowski (Kris) and Joecile Kozlowski; and his parents, John II and Margaret Tobin.
