It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Embenga Louya of Detroit, Michigan, who passed away at the age of 82, on January 26, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Longange Louya and Bekay Eugene; and his daughter Balita. He is survived by: his wife Belinda; his daughters, Kiki Bokungu (Robert Simon), Mimi Bekay and Ilese Bomonya; his nephew Max Louya; and his brother Pius. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the R. G. & G. R. Harris Funeral Home (15451 Farmington Rd, Livonia, MI 48154). A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A reception was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Children's Hospital of Michigan. 3901 Beaubien Boulevard, Detroit, Michigan.
