With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Deleon Cain of Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on February 27, 2025 at the age of 79. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Deleon Cain to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her brother Michael Barnes; and her parents, William Frederick and Gracie Mae Floyd Barnes. She is survived by: her children, Gloria Moon (Damon Scott), Yvonne Miles (Willie) and Joseph White Jr. Dear; her brother Harry Barnes; her grandchildren, Kevin Dillard Jr., Ivy Beard, Kaina Moon and Devin Moon; and her great grandchildren, Corey Beard Jr. and Kaine Brown.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kernan Chapel (1020 Fort St, Lincoln Park, MI 48146). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Evergreen Cemetery (19807 Woodward Ave, Detroit, MI 48203).
