He was predeceased by: his parents, Giuseppe Bommarito and Rose Bommarito (Locricchio); and his sister Connie Cake (Bommarito). He is survived by: his wife Shirley Bommarito (Lafever); his children, Anthony and Tonia; his sister Grace Bommarito; and his grandchildren, Alexis and Katie. He is also survived by his extended family and countless friends.

David's family has requested his services to be private and no flowers or donations please.
