It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Welcher (Detroit, Michigan), who passed away on January 18, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Herbert Churchill; and her brothers, David and Donald Churchill. She is survived by: her mother Hazel Churchill (Moore); her husband John "Jack" Welcher; her children, Lynda Loomis, Lori Chapman (Graham) and Scott Loomis (Kim); her stepchildren, Paul Wessel, Julie Harmon, Peter Wessel, Marie Garrettson, Gayle Smith, Bill Welcher, Kathy Whitney, Keith Welcher and John M. Welcher, Jr.; and her grandchildren, Justin, Norah, Renee, Fiona, Sutton and Tully, Jr.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
