She was predeceased by: her parents, Keith Carter and Kathleen Carter (Carey); and her husband Robert Henry Paddy. She is survived by: her children, Michael Robert, Kathleen Susan, Bruce Edward (Alice), Thomas Richard and Tracy Louise. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
During the pandemic, Barbara moved from Hubbard Lake to Oceanside, California.
