He was predeceased by: his wife Janet Halper; his granddaughter Kara Mochizuki; his brother Don Halper (late Harold Stone); and his parents, Mack Halper and Florence Halper.
He is survived by: his children, Lynn Rosen (Marc), Shelley Halper (Ron Mochizuki) and Robert Halper (Anne); his grandchildren, Michael Mochizuki (Lauren Agoubi), Jacob Rosen (Lara Steele), Jonathan Halper, Elizabeth Halper, Rebecca Rosen (Ben Factor), Allison Waits (Seth) and Lauren Mochizuki; his great grandchildren, Lowen Steele Rosen and Ava June Waits; and also, Lynn, Marc Rosen and Glenhurst.
