He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Marinus Hamelink and Ruth Hamelink (Marcotte); and his wife Judith Hamelink (Siereveld). He is survived by: his son Jeff Hamelink; his grandchildren, Kira Hamelink and Drs; his great grandchild Mira Hamelink; and his brothers, Dr. Ron Hamelink and Dr. Jerry Hamelink. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews, and his constant companion.
