He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Church and Ada Church (Brooks); his sister Diane Boarch; and his brother-in-law Kevin Pratt. He is survived by: his wife Katherine Church; his daughter Amy Church of DeTour; his stepson Wayne Riedy (Jenny) of Berkley, Michigan; his grandchildren, Sidney Micholsen, Savanna Micholsen, Joshua Riedy, Nicholas Riedy and Olivia Riedy; his brothers, Rick Church (Ruth) of Kalamazoo and Randy Church (Gail) of Illinois; and his sister-in-law Theresa Pratt of Rochester Hills, Michigan..
