She was predeceased by: her parents, John Mapes and Bernice Mapes; and her brother Dean Mapes. She is survived by: her siblings, Marjorie Milliman and Henry Mapes (Sue Ellen); her children, Rebecca Gideon, Rosemary Herbert (Jeff) and Mark Wasserman (Tammy); her grandchildren, Steve Herbert, Tiffany Bever (Rob), Brad Wasserman (Kris), Laura Warren (Greg) and Eric Herbert (Samantha); her great grandchildren, Abigail, Logan, Jackson, Ana, Sky, Robbie, Susie, William, Lillian, Andrew, Tucker, Gabriel, Bea and Archer; her niece Dawn Payne; her nephew Quentin McCallum; and also, Marion and Janet Souders.
