He was predeceased by: his parents, George Risner and Emma Risner (Patrick); his wife Faye Hall; and his siblings, Ted, Frank, Elmer, Dave, Clayton, Ray, Ollie, Dora Lee and Bertha.
He is survived by: his daughters, Penny Sue Risner (Mark McMillan), Misty Rae Torres (Sam) and Tracy Lea Wooten; his siblings, Larry Risner, Ruth Patrick, Barb Patrick (Donald) and Josephine Bailey; his grandchildren, Kevin, Felisha, Tyler, Braden, Zack, Ilaley, Cody and Carlee; and his great grandchildren, Ayla, Ryatt, Jase, Kinsley and Sawyer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
