Richard L. Van Niman Obituary
In loving memory of Richard L. Van Niman (Delton, Michigan), who departed this world on May 24, 2024 at the age of 84. Richard leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Niman and Francis Van Niman (Pillars); and his wife A. Elaine Van Niman (Pierce). He is survived by: his girlfriend Lorraine Brown; his sons, Paul Van Niman (Laurajane) and Andy Van Niman; and his brothers, Ralph (Beverly), Wesley (Patricia) and Floyd (Donna). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
He was a member of the Plainwell Rotary prior to Covid.
Richard has donated his body for research to the University of Michigan for Cancer Research.
