He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Curtis and Dorothy Curtis (Harrington); and his son Duane Curtis. He is survived by: his wife Ellen Marie Curtis (Coppock); his son Gerald Curtis (Pam); his grandsons, Jason and Joshua; and his sister Joyce Monroe. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
