He was predeceased by: his father-in-law Alan Walley. He is survived by: his parents, James Elkins and Loretta Elkins (Risner); his children, Maesen Elkins (Makayla Shuck), Ashley Elkins (Mark Sherman) and Emily Elkins; his siblings, Jenny Lamb (Steve), Kristie Tuinstra (Cameron) and Josh Elkins; and his mother-in-law Debbie Walley. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
