He was predeceased by: his parents, Merril Pollyea and Judith Pollyea (Morrison); and his brother Randy Pollyea. He is survived by: his wife Angeleana Pollyea (Smith); his children, Jeremy Pollyea (Abbi), Samantha Pollyea, Tracy Pollyea, Brianna Pollyea and Braden Pollyea; his grandchildren, Cole, Elliot, Julian and Nola (Zoe); his siblings, Celia Rose Varner (Ken) and Todd Pollyea (Sandy); and his sister-in-law Nancy Pollyea. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
