He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Hamilton and Florence Hamilton (Bingham); his wife Teresa Hamilton (McGivney); and his children, Cinda Lou and David W. Hamilton.
He is survived by: his children, Allen Hamilton (Chris), Jim Hamilton (Barb) and Penny Seaver; his stepchildren, Deborah Wieringa (John), Shannon Ward (Rob) and Wayne Morford (Joyce); and his grandchildren, Nicole, Jennifer, Abbie, Paige, Amanda, Taylor, Colton, Breah, Dylan, Kaylee, Hanna, Riley and Nigel Morford. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
