She was predeceased by: her parents, Oakley Bailey and Natalie Bailey (Jansen); her daughter Donna Scarbrough Green; and her friend Pam Wofford. She is survived by: her husband John Scarbrough; her daughter Paula Scarbrough; her grandchildren, Ryan Green and Nathan Green; her brother Norman Bailey (Carol); her nieces, Lisa Brown (Rick), Kari Brummel (Mark) and Marcia Boettcher (Chris); her nephew Ken Fouts (Jan); and her close friends, Deanie, Joe Woodie and Rod Crothers. She is also survived by seven grand nieces and nephews.
