He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Patrick and Zelma Patrick (Kennard); and his children, Dana Warner and Jerry Daniel Patrick. He is survived by: his daughter Diana French (Jamie Milke); his grandchildren, Kristopher Warner, Aurah Patrick and Saydi French; his siblings, Jean Williams Hatfield and Paul Patrick; and his son-in-law Kevin Warner. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
