He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Cook and Luella Cook; and his siblings, James Cook and Marilyn Cook. He is survived by: his son Kyle Madison of Battle Creek; and his siblings, Joe Cook of Kalamazoo, Gary Cook, Loretta Cook of Kalamazoo, Ala and Sueann Reeves of Galesburg. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
