He is survived by: his wife Susann J. Payne; his sons, Scott G. Payne and Kerry K. Payne; his siblings, Dale Payne (Maxine), Wayne Payne and Diane Homister (Virgil); his stepchildren, Dawn Fiber, Marsha Gardner (Steve), Penny Smith (Scott) and Mark Shepherd; and his grandchildren, Marlena Payne, Anne Payne, Clarissa Payne, Viola Pieprzyk (Mike) and Andrew Payne (Jenn). He is also survived by four great grandchildren, and multiple nieces and nephews.
