He was predeceased by: his uncle Chad Cook; and his great-grandparents, Norm Healy, Don, Louise Cook, Jake, Lori Jacobus, Margaret and Wilbur Kirsch.
He is survived by: his parents, Richard Cook-Kirsch and Celeste Cook-Kirsch; his siblings, Griffith (Stephanie), Marshall (Lacey) and Sarah; his grandparents, Ron, Sarah Cook, Dick and Linda Kirsch; his great-grandparent Carol Stansbury; and his cousins, Eric, Shelli, Ellie Farnum, Ryan, Lisa and Jack Kirsch (Backus). He is also survived by cousins, aunts, uncles, and countless friends.
Instead of flowers or monetary donations, the family asks that you support your local 4H club, soccer teams, or animal shelter.
