He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Cook and Margret Cook (Nelson); his wife Pamela Sue Park; and his sister Martha LaMar (Cook). He is survived by: his children, Travis Cook of Charlotte, NC and Aimee Peer (Cook) of Delton; his grandchildren, Devin Peer of Cornelius, NC and McKenna Peer of Cornelius, NC; and his sisters, Karen Jones, Barbara Case (Larry) and Julie Gray. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
