He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Walley and Betty Walley (Weiss); and his brother Chuck Wing. He is survived by: his spouse Debbie Walley (Hall); his daughters, Angie Brierly (Ron) and Stacy Elkins (Mark); his grandchildren, Maesen Alan Elkins, Olivia Brierly, Ashley Elkins and Emily Elkins; and his siblings, Robert Walley (Sharon), Sue Hamilton (Ernie) and Alane Letson. He is also survived by many nieces, one nephew, and many friends.
