He is survived by: his wife Gail Krejci; his sons, Joshua and Aaron (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Angelina, Jaden, Gabriel, Zeke, Janae and Jacob; his mother Edith Courtney (Mike); his sisters, Julie Wagner and Cheryl Krejci; his stepsiblings, Ed Kaminsky and Monica DeFreise; and also, Rebecca McCullough of Brittany Ruckman, RJ, Cassandra Wagner, Lee and Nicki Shaver.
