He was predeceased by: his parents, Stacy Zilke and Thelma Zilke (Teal); his brother David; his niece Jennifer; and his grandfather Bill Zilke.
He is survived by: his siblings, Tim Zilke of Leesburg, VA, Tom Zilke (Vicki) of Milan, MI, Nancy Malecki of Suttons Bay, MI and Gwen Straughan (Gary) of Lake Park, FL; and his nieces and nephews, Scott, Terry, Ben Zilke, Karen Gardner, Diane Luxhoj, Shannon Ellis and Kate Zilke. He is also survived by several great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.
