He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter O. Witt and Hazel Witt (Good); and his wife Patricia "Pat" Cote. He is survived by: his children, Doug Witt (Karen) of Onsted, Pam Witt of Deerfield, Julie Diver (Kim) of Deerfield, Dean Witt (Cathy) of Tecumseh, Daniel Witt (Jolene) of Deerfield, Brad Witt (Jenni) of Deerfield and Jacquelyn Witt (Anna McIntyre) of Saline, MI; his close friend Maria Karmol of Perrysburg, OH; his sister Phyllis Gradomski of Toledo; and his grandchildren, Jake Diver, Cote Witt, Kaine Diver (Lauren Miller), Lucas Witt (Sarah Dainty), Hannah Witt, Connor Witt, Jared Witt, Josie Witt, Joseph Witt, Sophie Witt, Ella McIntyre, Stella and Sully. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
