He was predeceased by: his parents, John Fowler and Lonnie Fowler (Dash); and his son Timothy P. Fowler. He is survived by: his significant other Barbara Ann Beyea; his children, Philip W. Fowler, Jr. (Darlene), William Fowler, Coreen Scheuffele (Thomas), Dolly LaFountain (late Brian) and Kimberly Spencer; and his sister Jesse Giles.
