She is survived by: her children, Philip Fowler, Jr. (Darlene), William Fowler, Coreen Scheuffele (Thomas), Dolly LaFountain (late Brian) and Kimberly Zandbergen (Don); and her sisters, Dodie Bilby and Linda Beyea.
