He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Tobi and Susan Tobi (Michaels); his wife Mona; his daughter Yvonne Flanagan; his siblings, Anton, Sally Albright and Elizabeth Price; and his great grandchild Alexandria Heft.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Ryan Flanagan (Kelly) of Deckerville, Lisa Lieb (Don) of South Lyon and Lorie Soule (Chris) of Croswell; his great grandchildren, McKenzie Heft, Madison Heft, Branden Soule, Courtney Soule and Emilie Flanagan; his son-in-law Larry Flanagan of Deckerville; and his sister Katherine Innes (Tom) of Deckerville.
Memorials to be given to the 1st Presbyterian Church of Deckerville or Downing cemetery.
