It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helene Darlington of Deckerville, Michigan, who passed away on January 4, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mark Howard and Nina Bell Howard (Hunter); and her siblings, Richard, Gerald Howard and Mary Lee Flannery.
She is survived by: her husband Johnny Darlington; her daughter Margie Schmidt (Fred); her grandsons, David Schmidt (Kelly) and Jim Schmidt (Braque); her great grandchild Jamie Lynne Schmidt; her sister-in-law Hazel Howard; her friend Margaret Evans; and her nieces and nephews, Larry, Carla Howard, Gary, Linda Howard, Connie Lapeer (Al), Kathy Moncman (Ron), Jerry Perez, Tammy VanValkenburg (Mike), Brenda Osantowski (Joe), Marge Howard, Jack and Andy.
