He is survived by: his children, Sheila Swoffer-McConnell (Andy), Angie Graves (Ron) and Justin Sample (Christin); his grandchildren, Tamara, Aaron, Kaylee, Katrina, Hannah, Justin Jr., Caitlyn, Drew and Eliza; and his sisters, Phyllis, Donna, Elda and Robin.
