He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lossing and Augusta Lossing (Litka); his son John Lossing; and his siblings, Mary Jane and Bernard.
He is survived by: his wife Clara; his children, Charles Lossing, Tony Lossing (Amanda) and Andrea Lossing (Sean Whiteside); his siblings, Ruthann, Luella, Kay, Diane, Rosemarie and Godfred; and his grandchildren, Marissa, Blake, Levi, Brionna and Ivy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
