She was predeceased by: her parents, Voyle Dorman and Marion Dorman (Groombridge); and her brothers, Harley Dorman and Bill Dorman. She is survived by: her husband John Mika; her children, Lorn McIntosh (Diane) of Decker, Rhonda Truemner (Mike), Paula Papp (Jeff), Greg Mika of Cass City, Colleen Sontag (Bill) and Kevin Mika (Jennifer) of Freeland; and her sisters, Yvonne Roe (late Chuck) of Deckerville and Karen Sawdon (Bob). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.

Memorials in memory of Janice may be given to A and D Hospice.
