She was predeceased by: her parents, Butch Broda and Barbara Broda (Wendorf); and her sons, Daniel and Kyle James. She is survived by: her husband Daniel James; her sons, Brian James (Lori) and Connor James; her sister Pamela Billot (Buddy); and her nephew Zack Billot.

Memorials may be made to the Sanilac County Humane Society.
