She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Polomcak and Lillian Polomcak (Clark); and her brother Patrick Polomcak. She is survived by: her husband Mike Siver; her sons, Mark Janssen, Peter Janssen (Kimberly) and Gary Janssen; her grandchildren, Brook Janssen, Victoria Irvine, Jeffrey Baty, Ethan Janssen and McKenzie Janssen; her great grandchildren, Haelyn Wirick, Leeland Wirick, Haeden Henderson and Stella Baty; and her siblings, Joe Polomcak and Nina Polomcak Phillips.
