It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Leonard Safin (Decatur, Michigan), who passed away on March 13, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Safin and Mary Safin (Gresik); his wife Judith Safin; and his siblings, Sophie Drenth, Edward Safin, Chester Safin and Lillian Schoetzow.
He is survived by: his children, Christopher Safin of Las Animas, Stephanie Turley (Jesse) of Charlotte and Carrie Rosema (Justin) of Decatur; and his grandchildren, Abigail Safin, Brycen, Jackson Turley, Amyleia, Wrenna and Zoe Rosema. He is also survived by his children, extended family and grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Decatur Public Schools Athletic Dept.
