He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kirby and Vedah Kirby (Johnson); his daughter Georgia Starks; and his significant other's daughter Shirley Winton. He is survived by: his significant other Kathryn Kirby (Krumrei); his children, Theresa Starks, Sandy Starks, Jacqueline Starks, George Starks Jr., Edward Starks and Joseph Starks; his significant other's children, Kenneth Kirby (Jody), Firehawk Warner, Tony Kirby, Jeffrey (Sally Durtz), Andrea McKellar (Nathan) and Andrew Kirby (Jessica); and his brother William Starks (Sally). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
