She is survived by: her parents, Darrell Butterworth and Nancy Butterworth (Clendenin); her sons, Devin Mortimore (Kaitlyn) and Kyle Mortimore (Ashlee Huggens); her fiancé Steven Carlock; her stepchildren, Steven Carlock (Becky), Kyle Carlock and Angela Perdue (Joey); her grandchildren, Annabelle, James, Chase McConnell, Abigail, Blake Mortimore, Neveah Teague and Perry Ibitison; and her siblings, Debbie Martinez (Joel) and David Butterworth. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
