It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter Stanley Karakula Jr. (Dearborn, Michigan), who passed away on January 2, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his former wife Lillian Karakula; his daughter Kirsten; his siblings, Theresa and Robert; and his son-in-law Kurt Kachin.
He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Golab; his children, Karen Beukema (Steve), Kenneth Karakula (Carolyn), Kristopher Karakula, Kathleen Kachin and Kimberly Lorenz; his brother Stephen Karakula (Barbara); his cousin Beverly Karakula; and his friends, Ed and Suzie Nahan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
