He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Collins and Helen Collins; and his siblings, William, Jackie, Dave, John, Daniel, Ed, Joseph, Mary Ann, Alice, Patrick, Kevin and Tim.
He is survived by: his significant other Sandra Baker; his daughters, Sherrie Perrine (Danny) and Charleen Thompson (Steve); and his grandchildren, April Bertasio (Paul), Tabby Calzadillas (Axel), Nick Perrine, Tyler Thompson, Brianna Thompson, Paul, Natalie, Ava, Axel, Aubree and Hailey. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
