He is survived by: his wife Michelle Koshorek; his children, Betsy Schocknesse (Joshua), Matt Koshorek Amy (Molly), Brandon Tucker and Cassie Tucker; his grandchildren, Nolan, Melanie, Ember, Monte, Azaria, Kayden and Ali; and his siblings, Tina Blankenship (David), Shirley McIntyre (Daniel), Roni Schacht (Darryl) and Andy Koshorek (Julie).
In lieu of flowers, there will be a celebration of life to be determined at a later date.
