He was predeceased by: his child Thomas A. Samyn; and his siblings, Peter and Julia. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Samyn; his sons, Omer (Cari), Michael (Dorothy) and Andrew (Angela); and his grandchildren, Casey, Carly, Kyle (Danielle), Michael (Nina) and Sarah (Craig).
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dearborn Chapel of the Voran Funeral Home (23701 Ford Rd, Dearborn, MI 48128). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Voran Funeral Home - Dearborn (23701 Ford Rd, Dearborn, MI 48128).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to: Meals on Wheels (Dearborn) and the Michigan Humane Society.
