He was predeceased by: his father Larry Maddox; and his brother Samuel Maddox. He is survived by: his mother Martha Maddox (Kanarr); his wife Leveda; his children, Jocelin Maddox, Bradley Maddox (Danyail), Nelson Maddox and Kennedy Tyndall (Harold); his granddaughter Annalisa Maddox; and his sisters, Nancy Baker (William) and Amy Armstrong.
