He was predeceased by: his wife Dolores; and his brothers, John (Arlene) and Ron (Sally). He is survived by: his children, Michael Leonetti (Joann), Vincent Leonetti (Lorie), Mary Leonetti (Gregory) and Dean; his grandchildren, Hailee Leonetti, Nicole Arledge (Beau), Dominique Ritchie (Cullen), Jesse Leonetti (Jeanette), Daniel Leonetti, Hannah Dean, Larissa Dean and Jaysa Dean; and his sisters, Rose Cerroni (late Rick) and Mary.
