She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Gilbert Strachan; her children, Robin McGinnis and Peggy Cote; her son-in-law Tim Cote; her grandchildren, Brian Blesener (Tara), Heidi Miller (William), Margaret LeBlanc (Nelson) and Claire Bassham (Nick); and her great grandchildren, Colin, Ian, Evan Blesener, Liberty, William, Grace, Zackary, Maximus, Xavier Miller, Emmett, Gabriel LeBlanc, Brandon and Bradie Bassham.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cherry Hill Presbyterian Church (24110 Cherry Hill St, Dearborn, MI 48124).
